Shipping & Returns

These are handmade spiritual products that are produced in small batches, and are often custom made just for you, using the highest quality organic ingredients. I fulfill all requests in the order they have been received.

In addition to the physical fulfillment of your order, there is spiritual work and ritual preparation involved.  I am an ordained priestess and individual spiritual worker.

Every aspect of order fulfillment, including hand making, labeling, packaging,  and shipping, is executed by one person.

Please allow me the time and space to prepare your order with the care and the respect it deserves. I am not Amazon.com

Upon receipt of your your cleared payment, your order will usually ship within one-to-two calendar weeks.

Custom Breaking Baths are made to order and usually require at least two weeks to ship, sometimes longer.

Each order is individually packaged and shipped to prevent damage.   

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Service, with no signature required.  International orders to the UK and Canada will be shipped via USPS First Class International Service.

NO REFUND POLICY

I do not issue refunds, nor do I accept order cancellations. Having to wait for your order to be prepared is not grounds for a refund.

REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

I will happily replace any items that are damaged or defective. If you believe your item to be damaged or defective, please contact me immediately at spiritualbathtea@gmail.com to make arrangements for replacement.
